Lovely glossy balm
5Expensive but lovely lip balm. Moisturising and leaves a soft pink gloss on the lips

Needs different delivery system
3Product is nice, nothing special. Container is not good. I have to put my finger in it to get the balm, gets under my finger nail...not good!

Didn’t do a thing...
1Extremely disappointed to say the least. I’ve used it many times throughout the day for the past 7 days. I keep having to re-apply it. My lips are lightly chapped as we change from summer to colder weather. Today, I went to the store and bought the Elizabeth Arden 8hr. Lip balm. That’s a lot of money in one week for lip balms but hopefully this one will work.

Very moisturising
4Wanted to try this and it was part of a set in the sale that cost the same as this usually costs on its on - By Terry have just had the most incredible sale and I treated myself to lots of products, some up to 70% off! Thank you for that. At first I wasn’t sure as the Rose was strong scented and my lips felt that the balm was a little too thick. But we’ve just had a heatwave and my lips were a little dry and uncomfortable and my usual lip balm wasn’t working hard enough. I used it at night and by the morning WOW! Stubborn dry patch gone and I am a convert. I use it last thing at night - it’s a little too much during the day at the moment - and wake to soft and smooth lips. It’s very expensive but will last a long time. I would prefer it in a tube as I don’t like the unhygienic aspect of fingers in a pot. Definitely something for winter cracked and dry lips - try it.

I’d love to try this - but I can’t
1I’d love to try this item I have ordered, heard great things so added to my order a month ago. No sign of if, or my order and just getting fobbed off with 10% off code for another order I’ll probably never receive. Awful experience, don’t order if you want it in a rush!

Actually works!
5Not only does this smell incredible but it is very nourishing and moisturising. I tend to get very dry lips in summer from allergies and this balm is incredible. It is the only product that has ever worked and it leaves a lovely sheen and colour to the lips. Staple product now.

Healing
5I never write reviews but had to in this case. My lips were so dry they cracked open and were bleeding. After 3 days of consistent use they are back to health.
