The product is great but its an absolute pain to get it out, unless I have a faulty clicker/ pen. Every use I'm clicking away for some time before I get any product. I will purchase again just to see if this one is faulty but I'd avoid if you have arthritis in your hands.

Faulty outer casing

I only managed to use the concealer twice before the outer casing broke, the whole inner tube releases when you push the button! I thought maybe it was something I had done, so didn’t report it , I managed to sellotape the tube in , however I have since ordered another through LOOK FANTASTIC and the same thing has happened again!! I have spent a lot of money on two faulty products, after reading other reviews this seems to be a repeating problem.
