3Quelle déception !! La qualité du produit est parfaite, voile de teint qui floute les imperfections et donne bonne mine mais que dire du packaging qui ne fonctionne plus au bout de 2 utilisations ? Je suis obligée de "démonter" la brosse tous les jours afin de verser le produit sur le dos de la main et de l'appliquer avec un pinceau ! Moralité : l'article perd de son intérêt ! Quel dommage franchement :(

Lousy packaging
1The button to expel product gets stuck. 3rd time it’s happened. This time I bought directly from your website rather than Amazon thinking I might’ve gotten defective product but no....your packaging stinks

Keeps breaking
1I love the product but it keeps disconnecting from the brush. I got a replacement but the same thing happened and since then I have tried contacting By Terry but haven’t had a response. Such a shame

Great but think there's a pump issue
4I love this product but I don't think the pump is working properly. It takes a while for it to come back up after it's been pressed. Is there anything that can be done about this?

No Return or Exchange Policy
1I read the reviews and found some great referrals for this makeup. I purchased due to the light coverage but did not find it good for my oily skin. Also, it is not found in stores (it may just be my area) so I was not able to try on a shade. I was little hesitant to purchase but thought I would give it a shot. Unfortunately, the shade does not match and wanted to exchange for the correct shade but the return policy states the package needs to be unopened and not used. I assume those who are purchasing are most likely not shade matching (or trying once to test out the product) thinking they can return but they cannot. This makeup is not inexpensive and being unable to return/exchange I have essentially thrown my money away. For this reason, I will not purchase again.

Favourite foundation
5This has become my favourite foundation. I have tried many! Lovely lightweight texture but easy to build in areas that need extra coverage. The tube and brush applicator are super easy to use and the finish is always perfect.
