Our Returns Policy
We do accept returns of unwanted items, providing they are unopened, unused by the customer, and in their original packaging. Unwanted goods are returned at the customer’s expense. Once received at our warehouse, items will be checked and all refunds for goods will then be processed.
We do not accept returns of any opened and used products.
We do not refund or replace any By Terry products purchased from other retailers.
We cannot replace faulty goods or gifts without proof of purchase.
